It is our immense pleasure to announce the partnering of eminent scientist Dr. Bruce Alberts in our GOD tree campaign. This campaign is an initiative of MSSBG to restore sacred groves and to rescue Rare, Endemic and Threatened trees. Dr. Alberts joined the campaign by donating 10000 USD.
Dr. Bruce Alberts, a long-time friend of MSSRF, an ardent lover of Indian culture and conservation heritage was awarded the National Medal of Science by President Barack Obama in 2014 and the 2016 Lasker-Koshland Special Achievement Award in Medical Science. Besides, Dr. Alberts served as president of the American National Academy of Science (1993 to 2005) and known widely for his work in forming science public policy.
