M S Swaminathan Botanical garden is located at Puthurvayal, a village of South Wayanad in Kerala. It is about 4.0 km from nearby town, Kalpetta towards Meppady. Wayanad district of Kerala lies in the trans-state corridor of the country bounded on north-east by Karnataka state and on south-east by Tamil Nadu state.
Our garden can be accessed on road from Kozhikode Railway Station in 2.0 hours (76 km), from Calicut International Airport in 2.30 hours (88 km) and from Mysore in 3.0 hours (142 km).
